FAQ
Common questions
Why did my cable come off?
Usually a spring broke and the cable lost tension, the cable simply wore out, or something hit the door. We find the cause so it doesn’t happen again.
Can a door that came off its track be fixed, or do I need a new one?
Most can be repaired with new rollers, cables or track sections. If panels are badly bent, we’ll show you the damage and price both options.
Is it OK to use the door until you get here?
No. A door with a loose cable or rollers out of the track can fall. Leave it where it is and keep people and cars clear.
