    Most emergency repairs are finished on the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we leave the door secure until we’re back.

Common questions

Do you take emergency calls outside business hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, but you can reach us by phone anytime. For a door that won’t close or a car that’s stuck, call and we’ll tell you honestly how soon we can get there.

Can I close a door with a broken spring myself?

It isn’t safe. Without the spring you’d be holding the door’s full weight. If it has to be closed tonight, call us and we’ll talk you through your options.

What if you need to order a part?

We’ll leave the door closed and secure, or safely open if you need your car, and come back as soon as the part arrives.
